Terms and Conditions Private Hire Operators
Registration
In order to view and enquiry on posted jobs from the back2backjobs.com system you are required to register your Company details with back2backjobs.com and to accept these terms and conditions. The details given must be accurate and kept up to date back2backjobs.com Ltd accepts no responsibility for these details. To register with back2backjobs.com there is a monthly subscription fee of £50.00. This is payable to back2backjobs.com ltd via the pre-payment facility on our website (we are currently using paypal as our payment processing system). You are required to be a licensed private hire operator to use this system. You are also required to have Internet access and a valid email address to use this system.
Subscriptions
Subscription to the back2backjobs.com service is on a monthly basis, payable in advance by automatic paypal monthly subscription. This payment will be taken automatically every month by paypal. There is no minimum contract period. To cancel the service, simply cancel your monthly payment by signing onto your paypal account. No refunds will be given for part usage of the service or for cancelling your subscription part way through the month. All subscription fees are quoted exclusive of VAT (current rate 17.5%)
Coverage
back2backjobs.com service coverage area is directly related to the coverage provided by the private hire companies who have signed up with back2backjobs.com. We aim to operate throughout the UK and there will be unlimited Private Hire Company's operating in the more populated areas.
Definitions
"back2backjobs.com" is a service provided to Private Hire Companies by back2backjobs.com ltd.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you commit that you will not in any way whatsoever hold responsible anyone directly connected
with back2backjobs.com Ltd for any misunderstanding of the above definitions.
back2backjobs.com Ltd reserves the right, to alter their fee(s) when appropriate and reviewed and will inform those registered accordingly.
We may provide information about you to employees and agents of Back2backjobs.com.co.uk Ltd in order to administer any accounts and services provided to you by Back2backjobs.com.co.uk Ltd.
Liability
We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any time is truthful and accurate. However, we assume no duty to update
such information and we cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free. We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors or
omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed services at anytime. We will do our best to
